DE 16-241 Eversource Energy Petition for Approval of Gas Infrastructure Contract with Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC
This is an important filing because it will set the stage for approval of an electric ratepayer tariff. I know that some of you do not oppose the Access Northeast project, but if they are allowed to charge electric ratepayers a fee/tariff for capacity on this pipeline, it will set a precedent for NED to do the same.
I encourage everyone to submit comments and hope that the Municipal Pipeline Association, PLAN NE, Conservation Law Foundation, and others will do the same.
