ECHO Action has teamed up with ProtectTheGraniteState.org to raise state-wide awareness about the Northern Pass project, it's impacts on our scenic state and the impact Hydro-Quebec has had, will increase in Quebec and amongst the Pessamit First Nation.
Pat Martin and Stephanie Scherr met the Pessamit people at a Sierra Club hosted event where the tribe discussed the impacts Hydro-Quebec has had on the land and the river. They have asked us to join them in stopping the Northern Pass. You can see slides from their presentation or view the full video of the presentation on our No Northern Pass page.
