"WE WILL FIGHT TO BUILD THIS PROJECT UNTIL THE DAY WE DIE." - Curtis Cole, Kinder Morgan, Director of Business Development

This is what a pipeline opponent was told over the phone this morning. WE MUST RECRUIT MORE PIPELINE OPPOSITION AND DOUBLE OUR EFFORTS. Please not only let others about the health and safety hazards the pipeline would bring with it, but how important it is to actively participate in action to stop it!

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

It is with great concern that this quote was shared with ECHO Action. The activist had called Kinder Morgan in distress over actions being taken in the community without permission.

The unfortunate fact is that trespassing on private property seems excessively common. It is important to deny access to your property, but to also post your property accoding to NH law and then, to let your neighbors and local police know that access has been denied to your property.

If surveyors or others should be seen on your property, take photos and/or video. Call the police. Insist upon receiving a police report. Press charges if possible. Always, always report these incidences to your local community organizer and to FERC.

* Do not call Kinder Morgan if at all possible. They receive credit with FERC for landowner contact if you contact them.
