A change of heart within the Antrim community and decision to approve a wind farm indicates that Granite Staters are increasingly ready for a transition to renewable energy. The approval will also serve to increase support for offshore wind in the Gulf of Maine, which could produce up to 50% of NH's energy needs.
ECHO Action asks that you read up on the energy potential in offshore wind and discuss it with others in your community. This exciting project would rival the offshore wind farm that has just been completed and is now functioning off of Rhode Island.
