The FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) is seeking input on adjustments to its:
• Methodology in determining the need for a project, considering precedent agreements and contracts that are used to show evidence of claimed "need".
• The use of eminent domain, the interests of landowners who are impacted by the project
• Environmental impact
• If the FERC should consider improving the efficiency and efficacy of granting certificates during pre and post-filing and after the approved order has been issued.
