CLIMATE CALL TO ACTION - PHONE BANKERS NEEDED!
Hello Cheshire County Sierra Club Supporters!
Glen Hooks here--I'm NH Sierra Club Director Cathy Corkery's counterpart from Arkansas. For the next month, I'll be stationed here in New Hampshire working to elect Gov. Maggie Hassan to the U.S. Senate. It's a great time to be in the Granite State!
The Sierra Club has endorsed Governor Hassan, as you know, due to her excellent record on environmental issues that we care about. We need to get the word out to our fellow Sierra Club members. We're going to do that through phone banking, door-to-door outreach, public events, and the like.
To do this effectively, Sierra Club needs your help. I've been told that you are a solid Sierra Club volunteer from your area. Will you step up and fill a volunteer shift or two between now and Election Day? We can use your help wherever you are located. It's meaningful work, and we'll make it fun as well.
