SO, THIS HAPPENED TO THE LIBERTY UTILITIES, but it seems they brought it on themselves.
It seems Liberty Utilities is having some difficulties at the Public Utilities Commission. We are appreciative of Lynn Fabrizio's diligence in holding Liberty to the measures required by the PUC and not buckling to their pleas for less stringent compliance.
Why is Liberty Utilities stalling?
